Terms & Conditions:

For all repairs we consider as complicated and/or major we will charge 2 hours of labour. Only repairs exceeding $185 will be quoted. If the client wishes not to proceed with any repairs or service, a minimum inspection fee of $45 will apply. There is a three month warranty on all service & repairs and a three month warranty on new parts replacements (further conditions apply). Electronic components (i.e. Power Control Board) are not included in the warranty after receiving a service & repair. Only when the Power Control Board is repaired or replaced will the warranty apply. If a machine is lost or stolen, Coffee Classic will negotiate with the client and relevant insurance agency. A service includes: descaling, cleaning, dismantling machine, fix/check leaks, loose/tight and minor repairs, not including replacing seals, O-ring parts and other accessories. A surcharge will apply if required. Customer will be required to accept small extra charges and if not Coffee Classic will not be offering a warranty. We will accept goods for repairs on the condition that customer agrees to collect the goods within 60 days from the date of completion. If goods are not collected by then, Coffee Classic reserves the right to dispose of the goods to recover costs. Coffee machines are based on intricate mechanisms which will deteriorate over time therefore the customer can expect their machine to be functional but they cannot expect their machine to return to a perfect condition
